Things for you to do before we arrive to ensure a successful opening
- Outside water taps should be turned on prior to scheduled opening date.
- Outside electrical breaker should be turned on prior to opening.
- Please ensure gate is unlocked. We will lock it on the way out.
- Please ensure no pets are in the backyard and kindly ensure pet waste is cleaned up.
- Please ensure all equipment required for opening is set out to start your pool (salt cell, filter cartridges, safety cover bag, garden hose, filter baskets for pool and pump, pressure gauges etc.)
- Kindly ensure payment arrangements have been made and checklist above is done prior to us arriving, our apologies but if we are unable to open your pool for reasons beyond our control there is a $75.00 non-refundable fee to cover our cost of sending two team members.
*Legally we are not allowed to start your heater. If you are not comfortable starting it yourself a heater start-up & service can be provided in the Just Jump In plan
**You can book a licenced technician to test your heater for gas leaks during your opening, this is an additional fee of $99.00

The Effortless Empire package does not include parts and or repairs required during the season. This will be invoiced separately.
If your pool has additional water features and is larger than 18 x 36 we will inspect your pool and provide a custom quote.
If you would like your pool maintained longer than the allotted 18 weeks, we will gladly schedule additional visits for $90.00 + HST a week.

2019 Summer Maintenance Packages
Thank you for choosing Empire Pools for maintaining your pools water chemistry and cleanings. We offer these services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for the duration of the pool season from May to August. Empire Pools recommends that your pool is tested and balanced on a weekly basis. If you choose our bi- weekly service, we ask that you or someone at the house test and balance the pool during the weeks we are not there. Below is the pricing for our weekly and bi-weekly programs:
